Cookies have a self life of 2-6 weeks, all cookies are heat sealed in a food safe clear bag for freshness, ideally they would be at their yummiest within that first 2 weeks. Cookies can be frozen, keep them in the food safe bag and place them in an airtight container. When your ready to eat them remove them from the freezer keep them in the airtight container until they reach room temperature and then enjoy. Cupcakes and Cakes kept in the fridge stay fresh for 4-6 days, you can however freeze your cupcakes and thaw them out to eat at a later date.
